Puking.. Tmi.

Has anyone ever felt like they had to throw up but it wouldn't come up on it's own? Did you make yourself? I woke up feeling sick and couldn't go back to sleep.. I kind of made myself throw up and ended up puking 4 times.. Now mt stomach feels better. I was just curious if anyone else had to do this? Everyone at my house has a stomach virus so i'm scared I have it now.. );

Thank you guys! I'll be 38 weeks Wednesday and i'm pretty sure it's a stomach virus.. After I threw up the first time I ate saltine crackers and drank water. I started having cramps in my stomach and back also.. I tried to fall asleep but kept having to get up because of diarrhea.. Sorry tmi. But this has been going on since 1 am, the diarrhea and puking.. I've used the bathroom 7 times and puked 3. I don't have an appetite so i'm drinking water again.. And the cramps are still here but I know they aren't contractions.. Do you ladies think I should go to the ER?

Yes I did my first trimester,the sick feeling was unbearable to me, I couldn't stand it at all, after wards I just felt so much relief, sometimes it would even make me feel better enough to eat food again and get hungry without throwing it up. Do get checked though, you don't want a stomach virus

I've done it before sometimes it just makes you feel better. But if everyone in the house has a stomach virus I would go get checked out when you're pregnant you're more likely to get sick due to a lowered immune system.
