Going into labor or going crazy?

I'm 38 weeks and the last two day I've had horrible stomach cramps. Standing up hurts and sitting after being up hurts. Sitting still I still feel the cramps. Not sure if it's a sign of me going into labor or just be paranoid. Any input on this subject?

Happens to me when I'm very active i  get real crampy for a while all that should help dilate u for sure. I don't think it's  worth a hospital trip though but u can tell your doctor at your next visit

I've been dealing with the same thing. My nurse just said it sounds like the baby is engaging into the pelvis and putting pressure on everything
