Well. Lol. I should have read everyone else's comments before i posted. Everyone said the same thing. At least you know it's true!
I ate them my whole first pregnancy and have had some this pregnancy, but they are actually not good for you and I have took nutritional classes. It's not going to hurt you ofcourse unless at the end you start swelling. If you're trying to eat healthy I wouldnt. Not nutritional, but not harmful;-)
I been eating them throughout my whole pregnancy and never had an issue im 39w 5days...i know they are high in sodium but as long as you don't eat them everyday you'll be fine.
They are totally safe. Maybe not if you got too swollen at the end of your pregnancy because they have an extreme amount of sodium like the other ladies said. If you have preeclampsia or edema I would not eat them. I'm only 12 weeks so I'm not dealing with swelling yet but I ate them last week and when I woke up the next day I swear I looked like I gained ten pounds from all the water I was retaining lol
No it is not true who ever told her that was talkin out their arss....lol you can eat ramen noodles just try not to eat to much cuz they have alot if salt in them and can cause you to swell up in ur feet and sometimes your hands
Okay thanks ladies! This my first time having them since my pregnancy
I just had them for lunch today .I was never told I couldn't have them just shouldn't eat them often bc they are very high in sodium.
It's not recommended because of their high content of salt and no nutritional value.
Yes you can lol just like all things, in moderation though because all the sodium that isn't good for you & they have little to no nutritional value.
I don't know. I've never heard of this. I also ate some and am planning on eating them today. I don't see what is dangerous about them. They are just noodles and seasoning. As long as they are cooked I would say its safe to eat. Not the healthiest food but it works lol
