The only thing that has actually been proven to induce labour is nipple stimulation.

Raspberry leaf tea does help induce labor because it contracts your uterus which brings on contractions you have to start drinking at 36 weeks 3 cups a day. And you can drink it postpartum to help contract/shrink your uterus down to size.

Try walking up and down stairs, mild yoga, get your body moving. Or sex.  If you want to induce, any tea is supposed to help strengthen your body, however it might make labor easier, just won't induce it.

This does not cause labor, it softens your cervix  and like the other ladies said strengthens your uterus , I started drinking it at 36 weeks along with EPO  and I swear by the stuff I only had a 7 hour labor all natural

Raspberry leaf tea does not induce labour. It only helps to strengthen the uterus.
