What about bouncing on the end of the bed.?
Lol same here I've tried long walks walking stairs walking up hills the ball nothing seems to work.. 39 weeks
Walking, could even clean a lot, sex, or do some yoga
Its true. I've been bouncing on my exercise ball for two days now. I'm 37+3 and after that I've been in so much pain down there. I definitely think its doing something.
I'm 39wks2days to and I'm 2cm 70% and I went to the L&D with bad PAINS and Contractions still having them but, These labor is going to slow I wanna no to what will speed it up....!!!??

At today doc appt she suggested I bounce on a yoga ball and nothing else.
She said it helps get dilation and labor going at a slow but steady pace and will help. I'm due in 9days.
