My doctor advises to give baby Tylenol before shots are given (as in when you leave for the office) prophylactically.  My kids never had any reaction at all from their vaccines.  good luck

You can give her infant tylenol after IF she seems irritable or has a fever. I wouldnt give before because my pediatrician says it can make the vaccine less effective.

I've heard baby Tylenol for pain but I haven't heard of babies getting sick from shots, but it makes sense, I threw up after I got my tetanus shot!
