Red raspberry leaf tea, potency?

So I drank it with my son,I wanna say around 34/35wks. (Gave birth at 38wks) I got it from a vitamin shop. I just bought some today from an 'apothecary', however you spell it and whatever that means, but this lady like pulled out a big ol mason jar and scooped it out and threw it on a scale and into a bag, like a full on drug deal. Lol but my question is, is it possible to have a stronger potency, since it looks like it came straight off a "red rasberry leaf tree" lol. I'm 29+5 and I'm just making sure it won't steroid my uterus and shoot my baby out too soon? Anyone?

Yea I was so shocked the way it went down, felt like I as doing something illegal. Lol and I can add sugar or honey to it right? Like it won't mess it up or throw it off?

Oh okay lol yeah I had it like that the first time, then just bought a bunch of tea bags.

Yes, I know it only tones it. And that's what I want it to do, but it looking like straight herb had me concerned with the strength of it.

The tea wont make you go into labor.  I have been taking it my whole pregnancy. It just makes your uterus strong for labor and birth easier on you.

It should be fine. It just means its pure and organic. I believe its 2 teaspoons for every cup of boiling water. Goodluck!
