Ribs ?

Is it possible for the baby to break or sprain  a rib ?? I can't even breath , laugh, or twist without my left ribs hurting.

Yea it can happen . A girl I worked with had that happen . When she was pregnant with her son , he broke 2 of her ribs and she couldn't do anything bout it till she had him . My son bruises mine and I always feel like there gonna break .

I'm 38 weeks and feeling the same. My ribs are so sore! The only thing that seems to help is putting my arms in the air or behind my head.

My little boy bruises my ribs. He likes to keep his feet under them. And when he rolls or something I swear they feel like theyre breaking! Never hurts to ask your dr. But your ribs are probably just bruised.

Usually they bruise your ribs, but they can break one. It took forever for my little girl to get out of my ribs!

I'd have it checked out at your next appointment. Could just be where baby is sitting. My daughter always liked to have a foot up under my rib.

Yes it's possible. More likely the further along you are but still rare.
