TMI but I need help lol

I'm 39wks. Last night started having pretty intense cramps. Over the course of the whole night my bowels completely emptied out. Still having the cramps. Hard enough that I couldn't get any sleep.. At my 38wk appointment I was 3.5cm, thinned out, & had a membrane sweep. I never started labor before on my own. Is this it?!?!!

Emptying of the bowels is a very common sign that labor is around the corner (like at within the next few days)! And those sound like pre-labor contractions that your body does to warm up for labor (stronger than braxton-hicks but not quite the same as early labor contractions). I'd say have your hospital bag ready!

Sound like it you could be:-) I was 4 cm and 80% when my first contraction hit. I left for hospital an hr after my first contraction and barely made it to the hospital. I had 3 other kids but like you had never experienced going into labor on my own. Do you may not want to wait to long. Good luck,hope its D-day for you:-) keep us posted

It sounds like your either at the start of labour or its going to happen soon good luck :)
