If you were already a runner then you should be fine. But if you weren't a runner before you don't want to suddenly switch up your routine during pregnancy. BUT be sure to ask your doctor to be on the safe side. If they say it is okay I say Go For It!!!
A light jog will be ok. Or power walking but as you get further along I wouldn't recommend it unless you talk to your dr. Anf drink lots of water and rest when you're tired
Nope, my mother in law ran throughout her entire pregnancy. Just make sure to stop and rest, and drink enough water. :)
