I use to feel gas like bubbles and my doctor said that was the baby moving. But strong movements won't come till later and you'll feel those! 39 weeks and I can feel my insides getting pushed around daily!

I've heard that if it's your first pregnancy, it takes a bit longer for you to feel them, sometimes it could be gas, on my first pregnancy I didn't feel my baby move until I was about 5 1/2 months. This time I'm 15 weeks and I'm starting to feel some but not everyday. Don't worry.

You shouldn't start being worried about movement until you constantly feel the baby! When I first started feeling my baby move, he'd have active days where he'd move everywhere and then non active days when I barely felt him move... And it slowly slowly got more and more and I was able to keep track and actually know his sleep patterns
