Scared !
I just sneezed and I'm not sure if it was the position I was laying in but it sent a very sharp pain to my uterus and it scared me. Has this happened to anyone? Did it affect my baby ??? I'm 8 weeks.
It's round ligament pain. I get it all the time from sneezing or stretching or standing too quick. It's very normal and it's due to the uterus stretching. Try to curl up when you know your about to sneeze. Helps a lot
Yes that happened to me I was around the same time too, it's nothing to worry about just stretching or a strain
