Sex Works!! :)
I experienced my first ever contractions last night! I ate pizza and chips with curry sauce then an hour later I went to bed, me and my boyfriend had sex and literally 5 minutes later first I felt sick, like I was gonna throw up, then the contractions started, definitely not braxton hicks, they were nothing i've experienced before...ouch!! I couldnt sleep because of them.. No matter what position I lay in or sat in the pain didnt ease
Sadly they stopped like an hour or so later but I really think my time is near! :)

Oh wow, I think im losing mine piece by piece.. Wish it would just all come out haha
I inserted 4 EPO capsules and lost my whole mucus plug the next morning and had severe contractions that night...they stopped the next morning but they sure felt like the real deal!!! :)
I know I'm really looking forward to meeting my baby boy♡ he has already dropped. I hope he comes earlier!
Ah okay, i'll probably end up trying it at some point as well, far to impatient to finally meet my baby
I just started so I'm not sure if they work. I'm inserting 2 vaginally at night and in the morning I take 1 with my prenatal pill. I just started Monday. I have been getting some menstrual like cramps but I don't think it's due to the EPO. I hope it helps though.

Ohhh, keep trying :) I definitely will be trying that again.. And I have no idea if im dilated or effaced, where im from they dont check that until 38 weeks, whats EMI?
Are you dilated or effaced? I just turned 36 weeks and wants to know what i can start doing so I won't go over my due date. I am planning to start trying things at 37 weeks. I just started on EMI as well
