Shots?

I'm 35 weeks +2 and at my last visit my doctor suggested that I should have the FLU and Pertussis Shot . I've always known for ppl to become sick after getting these shots . What do you all think?

I got both and am fine! You being sick for a little while is way less of a concern than your baby being at risk of getting sick...at least in my mind. I felt a little off for a couple of days after the pertussis, but nothing that kept me from going about my day. If you're had a bad reaction to either in the past then I would probably stear clear.

I did both last week in each arm. And they said the area will be swollen but i was perfectly fine, forgot I even had those shot. Prevention is better for me and my baby. And im scared of needles.

You should get it because if you catch the flu nd haven't gotten the shot it could be worse for you nd baby. Plz get the shot. I got mine couple weeks ago I had hot nd cold flashes
