I was told to stay away from sea food.And I'm 24 weeks.Its not going for the baby cause it may not be well done
Shrimp is totally fine, just limit to 3-4 servings a week.
My doctor said I could have 3 servings of shrimp and crab a week but tuna can only be once a week (:
Supposedly shrimp is actually a superfood for pregnant women! Just make sure that it is cooked well :)
When i was pregnet shrimp was my biggest carving and i ate couple of Times during my pregnecy ,now my baby is three weeks and totally healhty :)
