Well the egg lasts about 24 hours, and sperm can survive up to a week, so really just depends on whether they actually met up, made an embryo, and had the embryo successfully implant. Your chances of getting pregnant from one time when everything is planned just so are still only about one in 4 at best. Stretchy mucus that looks like raw egg whites is a sign that your body's in a fertile mood, and lots of gooey discharge can be an early indicator of pregnancy but it isn't enough to go on. You'll need to take a test in about a week or so.

Any time you have unprotected sex you risk a pregnancy, and you also risk getting sick if your partner is not clean and faithful. That includes condoms if you don't use the condom the whole time from start to finish. Doesn't matter if the guy "finishes" or not. Lots of women still get pregnant using the withdrawal or "pullout" method.

The discharge and cramps could mean pregnancy, yes, but it could also be PMS, or it could be fertile cervical mucus if you ovulated recently. Did you take the morning after pill? How long has it been?

You need to skip a period for your pregnancy test to work properly. A lot of tests say you can take it up to 5 days early but there is a very high chance of getting false results if you don't wait. Take your test first thing in the morning when you get up. That's when your hormones are strongest, and your urine should be more concentrated.

The only way to know is to take a pregnancy tests. There are multiple kinds of pregnancy symptoms, and many of them are like PMS, or even just stomach upset. Take a test and then you'll know.
