Skin thickening??

Im 9 weeks preg. and for like a week now i feel that my belly skin is thickening. is this normal?? doesnt really feel tight just feels like my skin is getting thick above my belly button....any advice or ideas

what do you mean by thickening of the skin? im nine weeks as well.
