Heya, I've finally fallen pregnant with my first child and I'm due December the 13th, is it true you can't sleep on your tummy? Thanks!

OK... So mid pregnancy don't sleep on back... I'm 23 weeks with baby #2 and my Dr has never mentioned it! Nor was it in any of the brochures I got from the Dr!

My Dr has never said anything about not sleeping on back or tummy. From what I have read you can sleep on your tummy until its not comfortable and you will become uncomfortable well before our can hurt baby. I'll have to read up on the back thing. My back hurts too bad anyway!

You can't sleep on your back after 20 or 24 weeks but you can definitely sleep on your belly as long is comfortable for you.
