Sleeping on back

Hey mummies, I'm nearly 25 weeks and every night I wake up numerous times on my back and can't seem to stop my self from doing it. Does anyone else have this problem? I worry so much for the safety of my baby but it keeps happening every night...

Yeah I sleep on a body pillow and have a pillow between my legs and I fall asleep on my side.  I always end up on my back. My hips tend to kill me when I sleep but I still try not to go on my back and like I said I always do.

I find it the best position to sleep on my back so I always wake up and think dammit now I have to roll onto my side. I fall asleep On my side with pillows wedged either side of my body but still seem to get on my back during sleeping...

Your baby will move or make you uncomfortable so you move if it causes your baby any discomfort/stress no worries

I do that a lot too...your body will tell you when its time to move. Sometimes I will wake up and find myself laying on my back and will feel so uncomfortable that I have to move to my side and my little girl is still doing perfect and I am 35+3.

That say it cuts of circulation so not to fall asleep on your back. But not to be alarmed if you wake up on your back. Doctors say to just switch positions if you find yourself on your back : )
