Yeah I sleep on a body pillow and have a pillow between my legs and I fall asleep on my side. I always end up on my back. My hips tend to kill me when I sleep but I still try not to go on my back and like I said I always do.
I find it the best position to sleep on my back so I always wake up and think dammit now I have to roll onto my side. I fall asleep On my side with pillows wedged either side of my body but still seem to get on my back during sleeping...
Your baby will move or make you uncomfortable so you move if it causes your baby any discomfort/stress no worries
Omg im 25+3 and i always sleep on my backk
I do that a lot too...your body will tell you when its time to move. Sometimes I will wake up and find myself laying on my back and will feel so uncomfortable that I have to move to my side and my little girl is still doing perfect and I am 35+3.
That say it cuts of circulation so not to fall asleep on your back. But not to be alarmed if you wake up on your back. Doctors say to just switch positions if you find yourself on your back : )
Try to put another pillow under ur butt/hip that should help
I'm not elevated, just a pillow under my head. That's what worrys me cos I can't seem I help it
Yes I worried constantly but as long as your elevated a little I say its OK. I'm now 35 weeks and my little man is fine
