Its really pretty... If you don't mind me asking how far along were you when you miscarried?
I am so sorry for your loss... I want to wish you all the best of luck
I think it's a great thing to do!~ after my son is born I'm getting his footprints tattoo'd on my shoulder and his initials inside them. (it'll be the outlines of his footprints)
I'll be doing this with each child I have.
i'm sorry for your loss, i to want to wish you the best of luck. It's a beautiful tattoo!
Thank you all~
I struggled with was I making a right decision on getting it I had lost her only at 12 weeks and no one really knows if it was a boy or a girl but from the moment i knew I was pregnant I KNEW it was a girl In all the support groups they say it helps to name the baby and remember them as a baby not just an unborn life.
She was my baby and I felt her in side me I heard her heart beat at 6wks she will always have a piece of my heart.
When I have other children I will be tattooing there footprints on me too.
I think your tattoo is very pretty. I lost a little girl in Dec of 2006 and in Jan 07 I got a tattoo in rememberance. I have a rather large tattoo though. i have a angel laying on clouds with Kayla's name in it and I love it. everybody has their own way of dealing with things and coping. For me a tattoo was just a stepping stone on my recovery. I was 21 weeks pregnant when I lost her and she was born alive, she only lived for a couple of hours but they were very precious hours. I'm so very sorry for your loss and I'll keep you in my prayers. God Bless!!!
