Sore and pressure

so I'm 15 weeks and 5 days pregnant I sometimes wake up and realize I'm sleeping on my tummy I move to my side once I notice anyways today I woke up feeling sore I have a fetal Doppler and I checked on baby heart rate was great and same as always 150. But now I'm just like really sore and feel like there pressure in my abdomen I did just go to the bath room (number two) which I haven't went in a few days... Idk why I could be feeling sore and stuff so I'm curious as to what other thinks and if they've experienced this to.

Yeah I have major intense hip and pelvic pain when standing or walking for awhile.... I didn't think I'd feel it this bad so early though... Than again they do say u feel everything ten times more with the second pregancy

I agree get a body pillow, and I'm 20&5 and get that sore pressure too my ob said it's just from all the ligaments stretching, it's normal, as is hip/thigh pain from your hips loosening and spreading

Mm could be everything in your stomach expanding preparing for your baby to grow. I'd invest in a body or pregnancy pillow, so you don't actually fully lay on your tummy. I always hug that thing and fall asleep really comfy. I'm a huge belly sleeper and it really *****. But eventually your body will give you hints and an uncomfortable feeling when laying on your tummy. Constipation is really normal.
