Amnio test

Am i wrong for not wanting the Emnio test this is my 4th child and it was offered in the prior pregnancys i did not do it but this doc keeps on insisting but do bot want it!!!?? Am i wrong

I haven't been asked about this test (yet) I too am 18 weeks due Aug. 5th and I turn 35 on Aug. 1st. I do not think I would if they do ask tho

If your ultrasounds are looking normal I wouldn't bother.

Doctor said i am due August 3rd and on July 30th i turn 35..just because of that.

Why do they want to do one? They usually dont unless there is cause for concern. But theyre totally up to you and i would never do one.

Ask about the harmony blood test instead. It tests for abnormalities but it's non invasive. The amnio carries a risk of miscarriage.
