Hi everyone i have just one question. Why in the world do my fingers have this tingling or stinging sensation in them every night. need help please respond quickly im at work i mean is this normal or is there something else going on please help.
or yu could have a pinched nerve in your arm/hand.. that will cause the same thing
could be lack of circulation to them. if you lay on them or hold them above your head alot it restricts the blood from flowing properly. which causes the sensation of them being asleep
