Lower abdominal pain

I'm having lower abdominal pain when I cough or when I'm sitting down. Is this normal? I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow if I'm laying down I feel no pain and the pain isn't to painful either.

It definitely happens to me a lot too I'm 12 weeks now , they say it's normal that's just the baby growing as long as you're not bleeding or you can't take the pain you should be okay
