Swimming/Lake??

Is it okay to swim in a lake when your 28w3d?? Its actually a resivor (spelling) so its cleaner then an actual lake it said no swimming but we didn't see that till after and the water was way more clear then like a lake but it had fish in it and people fish there I only stayed in a few minutes and didn't jump in or anything it was just so hot yesterday and me and my fiance decided to swim in our clothes while walking around it because it takes like an hour or so to get around the whole lake and me being pregnant I had to cool off I'm just worried something couldve got up in there and hurt my baby or from wesring my clothes and not changing for awhile later?? Sorry if this is long or a dumb question just worried
