Talk about uncomfortable!!!

I had a c-section almost 5 years ago, the scar has always been a tad uncomfortable to touch. Not painful, just uncomfortable. Now it seems like this one is constantly laying on it from the inside. Anyone else felt this or have Any suggestions on how to make it more comfortable if possible??

It sounds like your scar is hypersensitive, which happens in a lot of scars. The nerves are sensitive because of the damage which occured and in order to get the nerves back to normal you have to desensitive the scar. Meaning if it is sensitive to touch you need to touch it, massage it with lotion etc....working your way up as far as time. At first it will just be annoying but over time it will start to hurt less.

I don't I have seven scars from stomach surgeries that hurt occasionally but they are little and it's nothing to bad. But I don't know if there is anything you can really do I would suggest talking to your doc
