This forum...for its overwhelming advice, support, love, prayers, and encouragement.  For stories that make you realize you're not alone. For my 13 month old son who is the light of my life.  His laugh, his dancing, his pitter-patter, his everything.  My wonderful, supportive husband, who through everything we're going through (a possible molar pregnancy or multiples, financial troubles and his recent knee injury) tries to keep me positive.  For my friends who keep my mind off of my current pregnancy.  For my mother-in-law (yes I did say that) who is the best m-i-l a girl could have.  For good thunderstorms in the summer.  For Fall almost being here.  For God and His many blessings and providing us with everything (and more) that we need even if we are going through tough times.  I am truly blessed.

Fantastic RESPONSES!!! I just felt there was so much bad news, or not-so-good news. We need to remind ourselves of the wonderful things in our lives. I hope this post helped bring a bit of sunshine to your days!!!


As for what I'm thankful for........ I am thankful for my house, for being FREE, for my beautiful children, and for my hubby (bless his heart, he just came home sick from work).

Wow, well I am thankful for my husband and my children.  I cannot imagine my life without my family.  I love them all with all of my heart.  My kids do and say things that bring tears to my eyes almost daily :)  One day we will have tons of grandkids and I am already excited about that even though it is years away I surely hope!!

I love my extended family also, but don't want them too close :)  But I am thankful for them.

I am thankful to have a job that is very good to me as I have a big family.  Just this morning I was late because I had to register my 5 year old for kindergarten and my job is always very understanding about family.

I am thankful to have a nice home in a nice neighborhood with nice neighbors that we trust.  It gives us peace of mind and you can't buy that anywhere so I am very thankful for that.

I am thankful to God for giving me all of the blessings in my life and I try very hard to always remember that when things get tough....that it could always be much worse.

Oh, and I know I already said I was thankful for my kids but I am also thankful that they are all healthy.  That is such a blessing in itself.

And I am thankful for this board and all of your wonderful ladies who have been there for me through some tough times.  I have met a lot of wonderful people here; some which I hope to always have as friends.

I don't think I can put into words how thankful I am of having my husband.  I met him by chance and he's been my strength, my support, my friend and hopefully (and I'm proud to say this) he will be the father of my children.  I couldn't ask for anything else.  We are a team and I love him, every little bit.  And our doggies they are so cute!
I am thankful of my family, I wouldn't be me without them. And my friends for giving me a chance to get to know me and like me back :)

First of all im thankful that God gave me & hubby another day of life. With God everyhting has been possible.
Im thankful that after 6 years of trying to conceive im 27 weeks 1 day prego with my handsome son Timothy.
Im thankful that though after many friends were lost hubby made it back safe from his one deployment to Afghanistan and his recent deployment to Iraq.
Im thankful that we have a roof over out head, food on the table, vehicles to get us from point A to point B.
Im thankful for my job, i wont be here for to much longer, but they sure have been great to me in the past 4 years.
Im thankful for my family, though alittle crazy and i rather have them far then near they are a blessing.
Im thankful for my and hubbys health.
Im thankful for my friends though near or far, i love them very much.
Oh and i am thankful for this board :)

im thankful for my DH too!! He's such an amazing guy who takes great care of  me and always has my back!! No1 else does that for me!! I'm thankful god had a plan for me to get out of the situation i used to be in and to meet my DH cus now i see my sister going through the same issues with her BF and i know im blessed not to have all those worries anymore!!

I am thankful for my family.  For my DH, for everything we have been through both good and bad.  My parents, they make me who I am today.  My job, my house, and all my friends who have been there when I needed them.  I am thankful for the fact that I have such supportive women on this forum who are here to help me when I need them.  I thank each and every one of you!!

I am thankful for my family. All of them..I love them so much. I am thankful for my boyfriend...I love him so much. He's my backbone and my strength...I am thankful for my new car..and my home and securtiy...I am thankful medical insurance! so I guess I need to thank my job...lol I am thankful for my doctor and my surgery! I am thankful for my pregnancy, even though it ended so soon..it is an experience that I cherish everyday..

anymore, i'm thankful for everything...the good the bad and the ugly, cos personally i believe if we didnt have "those" days, we wouldnt fully appreciate the good ones!

and as funny as this sounds, i'm really thankful to chris, b/c i've always had a bad history when it comes to being/getting pregnant, and with him, i've been able to get pregnant, enjoy it, and i'm lready in the home stretch w/someone who loves me as much as i love him.....i always thought i'd never have kids after my last m/c b/c some dr's thought i had too much scar tissue(?), and ven though we were both kind of upset and shocked when we found out, it's probably the best thing we've had happen between us.....*reason i'm thankful to him, duh lol---he had wanted to gt a vasectomy a yr ago when he got insurance again, but just kept putting it off.....and BAM now we have one on the way together   ;)

I am so very thankful for my wonderful husband who goes out every day into the city and works his butt off and deals with annoying customers and the nasty sludge they pour into their drains just so that he can come *home* every day to his family!!

I am thankful that my little Baby Ohz is squiggling around in my tummy.  It gives me such confidence that this baby is growing and is healthy.

I am thankful for my family ...my parents, grandmother, and brother.  They are all such wonderful people who I am blessed to have in my life.

I am thankful for the roof over my head and the food in our cabinets ...all of which my husband works so hard to provide!  <3

I am thankful for my beautiful dog, Luna ...without whom I wouldn't have had 'practice' at unconditional love ...and discipline!  lol  She is my bear and I loves her so!

I am thankful for all my wonderful friends ...in real life and thru the computer.  It is always wonderful to have support from other women, whether they be near or far ...have gone thru similar things or haven't.  So, thank you to all of your wonderful ladies who have given me advice, support, and love!!  =D

Im thankful for all my beautiful babies. Im thankful that the lord allowed my wonderful husband to make it back from iraq a second time. Im thankful for my home, im thankful for being able to support my family both monetary and emotionally, as some families do not have that.

Im thankful for this pregnancy, and most of all im thankful that the good lord blessed me with the worlds most wonderful husband and family.

I am thankful for my kids and that they are here and healthy!! To many stories this week of ppl lossing there baby's........my cuz had to give birth to a stillborn this week at 34weeks......just horrible!!!

First and formost I am thankful for God and his mercy and grace! I'm thankful for my 4 children, I am thankful for my amazing husband and how hard he works to care for us! I am thankful for the ability to homeschool my kids... I am thankful for my mom, and all my friends... For my house and the food in it to feed my kids....
I am very, very, very thankful for the miracle growing inside me that is hanging on! Thank you GOD that I haven't m/c again!!!

where do i start lol! well im thankful for my two beautiful daughters for their sweetness and their curiosity, my husband and his patience and ability to work on and fix ANYTHING, my health and my family's health, coffee, music, my parents, being able to stay with family and save money while DH is on deployment, 10 awesome neices and nephews, the true friends ive made, and i just have to say my daughters again.

I'm thankful for so many things that I could never name just one...but God, family, friends, health, a roof over my head and food on my table top the list.

The more I see in this world, the more I'm thankful for the "little" things that I usually take for granted:

Eyesight, the ability to walk and get around on my own, living in a free country (no matter how bad it may seem sometimes with the crime, high taxes on every single thing, and crooked politicians), beautiful scenery and sunsets, there are SO many things! But I don't want this to sound like a sappy poem or love song! LOL

WOW I am thankful for God giving me my wonderful family and wonderful parents along with my hubby and my two beautiful children. I am thankful that I have a beautiful home in the mtns of the carolinas. I have food on the table and not a lot of debt, a nice car and truck and all the ammenities that we need to live with. I am also thankful that my kids and my hubby are healthy. I am thankful most of all that God sent Jesus to die on the cross for all of us. God is Great!!!
