Cramping! After sex? HELP
37 weeks, me and my boyfriend just got done having sex I'm cramping like crazy though they are strong cramps is this normal after sex? I can't sleep! No moving or anything helps
I think u should get them to keep you in. The first baby usully takes the longest however saying that you could go home and then have to go back. Im from australia so here they generally keep you in to monitor the baby and if any signs of distress they whisk you in for a c section.
They most likely will send u home if you dont dilate any more than 2 within the next few hours.
I'm at the hospital right now, I've dilated to a 2. Idk what they're going to do from here on. Give me something for the pain? Can I go home since I'm not fully dilated

Hun they will not go away if its true labor pains. I would suggest telling ur dr to get stuffed and go in anyways they can not turn u away considering its your first baby. Just get them to check you out. You could be in pain for the ndxt 2 days with no dilating and not no just gooooo in believe me.
You could try sleeping and see if it helps. I couldn't bear the pain with my first and now I'm doing it again with my second but maybe try tyenol and if the pain doesn't go away within the next hour just go in because then you'll know more easily and try to time your pain. Use a timer and when the pain starts hit the timer and when it stops well stop it and it will be really helpful to know how many minutes is between your contractions.
Do you suggest that I wait then? Unless they get even worse then this? I can't believe they haven't stopped, been going on for an hour and couple of minutes. I'll try and get some rest or probably stay up idk what else to do idk how to make them go away
Definitely give them a call. Not all contractions are associated with waters breaking alot of women have contactio s then the drs break their waters. You will definitely know when your in labor the cramps start off slightly painful then get worse as progress. I had 2 types of contractions with both kids. 1st was painful cramps everywhere all over my stomach i diedddd. The second kid was pain very low in the pelvic and i died with that labor too lol. Yet didnt learn the first 2 times cause know im doing it again with twins double whammy lol
My doctors wouldn't have me come in right away they told me to take tyenol and sleep I couldn't sleep at all that night always woke up every hour changing positions until I found a good one then an hour or two wake up again and then in the morning I called them again and they told me to pack everything and come on in.
They definitely hurt! I'm just waiting for the real thing idk how stronger they're suppose to get but they haven't went away yet still experiencing the same thing it'll hurt really bad then stop then again and stop and so on but they haven't stopped all together
Idk how contractions are suppose to feel this is my first time I just feel pain down there feel like cramps idk if I'm in labour or not I will call though!
Your last comment sounds like your in labor that's how I felt when I went into labor they broke my water so call your doctor to see what they want you to do
Idk! That's why I'm asking for help idkcwhats going on I'm just cramping really bad I'm trying to sleep it off it's obviously not working my water hasn't broke or anything just pain and lower back it feels someone help!
I meant to say a couple of hours ago** the cramps continue! They get strong then stop and it just continues
