My belly button got wider and deeper about a month ago and now it's slowly disappearing lol

My belly button never came all the way out it widened a lot but not out and it's really smooth now for some reason

I'm pregnant with twins and it's my first pregnancy so every little thing was really interesting when it started happening but when my belly button decided it was going to become flat with my belly it was a tad bit weird! I'm 27weeks and it's started actually coming out now

I'm 31 weeks and my belly button popped out at like 20 some weeks lol

18 weeks is when I noticed my belly button was coming out.  I'm 20 weeks today and now it's put there.  I can Only imagine how much more it's gonna come out later!
