My left nipple is itching really bad and when i scratch it is some type of fluid coming out. Is this fluid coming out milk? I am 15 weeks pregnant.

Itchy nipple with discharge might also be sign of infection - keep an eye on it.

It's colostrum, completely normal as long as it's clear/cloudy white colored (it can even be a yellowish). I started leaking it when I was 14W.
