Update on gestational diabetes test

I had an appointment with my OB this morning and he assured me that, despite my little indiscretion with the Lindor chocolates (I ate 3 prior to goiing to the lab for my test), my sugar was well within the normal range.  Hooray!! :-)

Limonada- I even had my nose plugged before I tasted it thinking Oh no this is horrible.. Only to my suprise, I wish I couldve had another hehe, given that Ive only been drinking water lately.
blueeyedtabbycat- I felt the same way. I coulve sworn I even tasted a little fizzle! hehe
Diva- Im sorry to hear fo your GD. Did your doctor put you on a special diet or give you something? I hope everything is okay with you.

I thought it was nasty. Unfortunately I ended up having gestational diabetes. Lucky you!

Thats great news! BTW- I think it tastes like watered down orange pop. I like orange pop, hehe:-)

I didn't mind the drink, either!  I'd had it with DS as well but that was 3 years ago, so I didn't really remember what it tasted like (just that it didn't really gross me out or anything).  So many women had told me about how horrible it was that, like you, I was prepared for the worst!

Yay! what did you think about the drink? I thought it was going to be horrible, based on what I heard. But It wasnt bad at all! To me atleast hehe
