Urine and sonar positive. Blood test negative

I did a urine pregnancy test on Friday. It was positive. Went to the Dr he did a sonar with the one that goes in. There is a sac that shows 5 weeks. He drew blood to confirm. But the test came back negative... Should I get a second opinion. I have all the symptoms too.... Except morning sickness

Also my urine hcg levels were very faint and barely showed on the test and bloods were also negative but scan showed a sack.

My babies ultrasound at 5 weeks showed a sack and heart beat wasn't present until about 9 weeks. Doctor said that it's normal that the heart beat isn't present until 8 - 10 weeks. I wouldn't worry, it's normal

I think it's natural to worry a bit more with your first baby :( I did from the second we found out and still do now 23 weeks later. Stay positive and take care of yourself x

I had no positive blood or urine for over a month and a half back in march! And now im due in 8 days.  Sometimes your body doesn't produce enough of the hormone until farther along for the blood to read positive.
