Really worried help please

Well for the past two days I was really upset and mad at myself for getting mad at my bf for talking to his ex. Since then my baby would always be moving around like crazy and be up for hours kicking and moving. But since I was in a little depressed state my baby has not moved as much and I'm worried I don't know if anything is wrong. I just really need some help because I'm not sure what is going on. I'm 23weeks and 5days

I would ask your doctor about that. It doesn't sound too good.

It kinda worries me because I have gestational diabetes they r not bad I went from checking 4 times a day to only twice a day. But for the past 3 days they were 100 to 104 they r suppose to be under 90. I wonder if that could be it.

They have resting times when you're this early. The are also trying to figure out a scedual. I always drank something cold and watched tv laying down and my little boy would just kick and move around. Their just like us, lol. They get tired of moving around all the time too. This early on, a doctor wouldn't be counting movements or anything so I wouldn't worry. Once you're OB has you count movements then I would worry if your little one's not moving. For now though, their still trying to figure out all the moving and time frames and such. Also as you move around, you rock your baby to sleep with the sounds of you. I went though a depressed stage too. I think it's normal. Just try to relax and drink something cold, and lay down for a bit.

Im hoping it's just a change in her sleeping schedule because she just started moving again after I played her some music.

My baby wasnt moving the last couple of days before he was kicking me all the time.im depressed aswell n I was worried but today he started moving again.i think that he just was having rest he is tired of kicking.

My lil girl moved a little but now I have really bad back pain and my stomach is kinda hurting

Try ice water as well. Always gets my girl moving.

Lay on ur side eat crackers n drink some type of liquid something sweet like o.j n time within an hour how many times he or she moves if the baby doesn't move at all I would go in to have it checked out
