Vitamins
I haven't been taking my prenatal gummies because they make me sick. I received a call yesterday saying that my blood test for spina bifida, down syndrome and other conditions concerning my baby was NORMAL! I'm so happy but this is my first child. Is it okay if I don't take my vitamins even though my test came back normal?
If u are eating differend food which has those vitamins in it, shouldnt be a problem. Gummies or other pills are just extra next to it, depends what food is in that season reachable to eat, thats my thinking, i was eating prenatal first five months anyway, and then started to take iron pills, because more blood needs more iron :D
