Reading to him each night

So im 18W4D pregnant and I have been reading to my unborn boy the same book each night. Is it true that its Good for him?

I'm no doctor but from all the reading I've done and speaking to my ob I firmly believe it benefits them emotionally & physically. Studies I've researched say reading to your baby in the womb especially the same book over & over can show emotionally happy reactions after birth & enhanced intelligence even though babes in the womb hear as if we do underwater (: but I probably just read too much

Ive Been Wanting TO Do This As Well, Do U Guys Just Read Baby Books Or Is Just Reading To Them In General Good No Matter What The Book Is?

I read dr suess books to my baby and let him listen to music a lot like whatever i listen too olus classical music just bc i really actually like that music and ive heard its good for brain development. Plus it helps you bond with your baby
