A little worried or neverous

I found out I was pregnant a little over a week ago I took a clear blue and it said 3+ weeks. I'm supper happy and excited. But someone told me to not get my hopes up b4 the 12 weeks and 3 of my friends have all experienced losses now all I can think of is a miscarriage. And the past two days it feels like all my symptoms are gone and I get pains in my lower abdomen no bleeding though is this normal.

I've had one heathy baby and 3 miscarriages. Symptoms come and go and loss of them is no indication something is wrong. I've had cramps and pulling pains in my heathy pregnancy so that also doesn't mean anything. If you don't start heavily bleeding you're fine and even then sometimes things still turn out fine. There is only a 10-20% chance of miscarriage, the odds are well in your favor.

Only symptoms I really have left is feeling super exhausted, and feeling hungry but I also have cramps on and off. I read on and off light cramping is normal in the first trimester.

It's not going to help if you stress about it. Stress could cause problems. Just relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Rest as much as you can eat when your hungry and don't stress. You'll Be fine. Congratulation and good luck!
