Drink some water too! They can often be brought on by dehydration

Braxton hicks, time them. If they start to become so.frequent and you get four an hour then call your doctor or head to labor and delivery so they can check your cervix to make
Sure you are not dilated. Frequent contractions can dilate you. The people at labor and delivery will just monitor your contractions, take some urine, check your cervix, and give you a shot to stop the contractions

I agree Braxton Hicks (practice contractions).  If they increase in frequency and/or intensity, you should get checked just to be safe.  Try laying on your left side or taking a warm bath to help you body relax.  If they are BH, that will help.  Once you are in labor, those things won't stop them.

Braxton Hicks contractions :) that's what mine feel like and sometimes there's even pressure in my butt. As long as you don't have more than 4 in an hr then you're fine. Talk to your dr about it though
