Ive had a really bad headache for the past 3 hours and it wont go away. Tylenol isnt working. What else could I take?

get someone to massage your face and scalp.  particularly in the occiput region at the base of your scalp.  i hope you feel better!!!

What I have experienced that helped was taking a nap!! and drink lots of water!

I don't know how comfortable you'll feel trying this, but caffeine is supposed to help with migraines...You could try a small cup of coffee and see if it gives you any relief...Good luck!  And keep up with the water too!

Extra Strength Tylenol is it.

Use cool washclothes and lay down in a dark room. Make sure you drink more water (drinking water solves just about anything). I'm sure someone else might have something else you could try, too!
