Fresh fruit. I found that apples, strawberries, and especially grapes helped me a lot.
Don't eat anything greasy , spicy , or anything heavy . Just crackers gum and drink lots of water . Little meals with snacks in between are good.
Ginger gum!!! I am 8 weeks tonorrow n I couldn't seem to shake the nausea you can find it at rite aid next to the dramamine it has a bit of a bite at first but it's like an instant relief it also has a pic of a prego lady on the front so it's deff safe all natural! Smalll meals n crackers pretzels or graham crackers in between your meals good luck!!
