TMI...But need help!!

Okay, so here recently I have been having an increase in discharge which is normal for me at 31 weeks preggers. BUT I have noticed sores on my vagina, they look like little pimples with white heads, they itch and then burn once popped. I do shave, and it isn't razor burn/ingrown hairs. They aren't blisters so im not to worried about warts or herpes, even though I do get cold sores.

I notice that I get these breakouts when I have a lot of discharge. Has anyone gone through this? What could it possibly be? DH and I do not have any history of STD's. Could it be caused by my PH being off? Im so worried and scared, they cause me to be slightly swollen.

They are only on the outside of my vaginal lips. And advice?

Thanks in advance.

i really dont think its anything bad because my bumps or whatever come regardless of shaving also. and they are very itchy irratated and swollen. and i wanted to bd with hubby also so thats why i went in to see if i had any infections or anything of that sort and he said no everything is fine and its also because the increase of discharge that irratates that area because its constantly moist or wet down there. i wouldnt worry to much i havent had any std's/yeast infections or anything like that either. so i think you would be ok if you were to bd....it actully eases the soreness and itchyness if you do i dont know how but it works.lol

Thank you so much, im glad im not the only one. Im just worried that I might have touched myself down there after touching a cold sore. They are very irritated, itchy and sore, especially after popped. They come regaurdless of me shaving or not, I havent shaved for a good 3 weeks, and they still show up, I did however shave over the bumps which caused them to open, and now they itch more and burn.

I think I will call my doc tomorrow and see what they might be. Im kinda scared, and I want to BD with hubby, but i refuse to incase it is something he can contract.

hey i dont really have any answers sorry. but im going through the same thing i also do shave and its become very hard to do so since im 35wks and 2days now but i try.lol and yesterday after i took a shower i noticed the bumps and they are kinda itchy and swollen which cause them to hurt and they are only outside my vagina lips also, and like you ive had a increase of discharge also. so i was really concernd about this because ive also had some pain down there and so i went to the doctor today and told him so he took a look and nope no infections or anything he just said its irratated from shaving and usually when you get further along you get very irratated down there. and the increase of discharge for me is because im loosing my mucous plug....so i feel your worries and concerns about the bumps.

Im pretty sure I don't have a yeast infection. I do not have any odor or internal itching other than where the sores are.

I guess I can call my OB and ask him again, or to run a screening. I know it is possible that I could have touched myself down there after touching my lips when having a cold sore.

This is soooo embarrasing lol, thanks Joy!

I don't have answer. My only thought, other than STD, would be vaginal infection/yeast infection. ???
