I didn't have morning sickness this time around but I did have nausea though and I read everything online that I could get my hands on to fix it. I found that preggy pops and preggy pop drops did wonders. They are all natural and are made out of brown rice and sugar and they worked wonders!!! Anytime I had any bit of nausea I would eat one and I felt like a new woman! You can buy them in store at Babies R Us and Motherhood Maternity clothing stores. I hope you feel better soon =)
Is it muscle pain or nausea? I had what felt like pulled muscles in my abdomen when I was pregnant the first time.....I didn't know that I was pregnant (DH and I weren't trying), so I thought I had done something to myself when shovelling snow. Anyway....it went away within a day or two and would have been my ligaments stretching, whiich is totally normal.
Ginger ale...I think the best is Canada Dry because it uses real ginger. Ginger is supposed to "calm" a sick stomach down. I used it a few times when I had some sickness. Also try the sea sickness bracelets (not sure what they are called) but they work for some people. I know my sister used them and they worked really good she wouldn't even take them off but I heard of other people who it didn't really help. The only thing you can do it try though. Good luck and I hope your stomach feels better soon.
Thank you ladies
