I believe it is normal, especially in the 3rd trimester
Are you doing jumps and crunches or sit ups? Stuff like that
Lots of running,squats, lunges, quick, sprints
I had the sharp pains in my 2nd trimester without exercising much. Its the ligaments stretching and i think my little bub was kicking a nerve. I didnt have pressure. Email or call your doc just in case.
I'd ask your doctor if they advise you running still this far into pregnancy.
