sharp pain, no movement.

Im 38 weeks and 1 day
My due date is November 14

Last night around 4am I was sleeping on my back and I started to roll on my right side but got a sharp stabbing pain on my lower right side of my stomach. The pain went away so I went back to sleep.
Only thing is when I woke up in the morning at like 10am to now, and before 10am, I haven't felt my baby move/stretch/push/kick nothing.
It's not normal for my baby to not move or anything when I wake up.

I have had contractions since week 28 i have been told not to lay on the flat of my back because of the veign in your back gets smooshed and it creates poor circulation.
