Wt gain

I am 5 months preg. I hav never weighed more than 118 lbs and am now 145lbs what am I doing wrong? My nurses and doc's don't think it's. Big deal but am sooooo overwhealmed wth this wt gain.. Help

Yes, It will come off faster than you think.  When you have that baby it will start to melt and you won't even notice, especially on someone small like you.

Omg I had the sane thing w dd almost gained 75 lbs ;/ it was off quickly though. This time well see only Gained 1 lb am 13 weeks. I think the first keeps u on ur toes

Vaccum ---- my gosh I had the same exact weights as you !!! And those are my thoughts exactly they should be monetering you for pre ecclampsia

I feel your pain.  When I had my daughter I started at 115 and ended at 180!  I had tons of water weight.  protein in my urine ect...  About a week after delivery I weighed like 45 lbs less!  So much was water I couldn't bent my knees or fingers!

Have they said anything about water weight gain?  Do you feel swollen (besides your belly)?  Are they moneriting you for diabetes & pre eclampsia?

That's because it's not a big deal. You're going to gain weight. You have to gain weight. A women of average weight will gain 25-35 pounds. As long as you're eating properly and not a ton of junk, there's little you can do. Do not skip meals, or limit your intake.
