Yo Yo weight.... URGH

I keep going up and down in my weight gain. I am 29.1 wks and at my 25wk apt I was 136 well yesterday I expected to have gained a pound or two but I have lost one and now Im 135. Its so irritating because it keeps happening... like a yo yo.. I will eat healthy and then not gain anything and feel bad so then go home and eat a tub of ice cream lol and think oh well im underweight so its ok and then i feel bad and dont want to gain too much and then and then... LOL. Its never ending! Jeese. I have also been on bed rest so I try really hard for a healthy baby... anyone else like this??????
