???

I am 16 weeks pregnant abd I have been having these severe pains where I can barely bend over or sit down without hurting but it feels like it is at appendix and I dont know what to do. I cant get an appointment to see my doctor until the fourth. this is my second pregnancy but I miscarried my first. Is this normal?

I had the same issue I was so scared lol. My dr told me it was my pelvis stretching. I used a hearing pad which did wonders!

To an.extent, yes. The reason it hurts to bend or sit it because your uterus is getting higher in your tummy so when you bend or sit you are putting pressure on your uterus (which isn't used to having that pressure there) when you sit down, sit down  halfway on the chair and recline a little but, that should make it more comfortable. Don't forget to use a pillow as support so you don't hurt your back. If the pain gets worse just go to the er, better safe then sorry, hope you get some relief :)
