about to start college in 2 weeks

I'm a first time mom and my classes start on August 25th,however I am due the first week of September but it is not guaranteed.I am worried about starting school because I would need to take time off and I am not sure that my professors will let me take that time off since it is the beginning of school.I can't drop out because I am on a scholarship.has any one else out there  had a baby during the beginning of the semester?

I get you guys. The difficult thing is that I can't take online classes because the classes that I will be taking are the main ones I need for graduating. I have already emailed my professors I'm hoping they will understand.it also depends how my labor goes.I'm hoping I don't have to get a c section so that I can return early

Same here. I literally dropped my classes yesterday. I'm looking for options that won't get in the way of my pregnancy. I'm considering online schooling

I'm in the same boat.. school starts here in a few weeks and my son will be here in a couple weeks. I figured online classes are the best bet because they work on your time schedule. You are able to log in at any time and do your school work. Plus I know i get bored and being on maturnity leave from work school and the baby will keep me plenty busy. You will be tired in the beginning but it will become easier... Also it's okay because in the beginning of the semester it's all the meet and greet stuff. Just let your teacher know you are having a baby and they will be able to work out something with you.
