Im getting a little frustrated with some of my weight gain, but I dont want to reduce my food intake as I dont want to bring harm to my girly.. is swimming safe at 21 weeks. If so is it best to bring someone with me? Or can I go on my own? Thankyou
Swimming is a good idea to do if you want to workout. It won't put any pressure on you or your body. I would go with some one for the company and support
