Eat fruits such as prunes, raisens & berries.
Fiber rich foods oatmeal, granola cereals, whole wheat toast with avocado.
Have at least 2 servings of yogurt a day. If you'd not much for yogurt. You can freeze it in your freezer and eat it like ice cream.
Look for fiber enriched foods & drink lots of water.
Make sure you also drink plenty of water and is eating fiber rich foods
