I'm 21 weeks pregnant and have a 13 month old son, both by my boyfriend. So our son has had a fever on and off since Saturday and today I noticed a rash on his back, chest and behind his ear. My boyfriend had already gotten off work for the day and was supposed to go workout with his friend at 7:00pm but the afternoon clinic doesn't open until 6:30pm. I told him we needed to go and take him. He told me he'd drop me off, that he's going to work out. I got there at 6:00pm and they were already taking people back so I called him and told him he should've stayed, that they were already taking people back. Anyways he never showed up. I called him and told him I was ready. He comes and gets us and asks whats wrong, I tell him. I then asked him why he didn't stay with us, he said "Why would I stay?" like what the heck!

Exactly! It just hurts my feelings that he can act like that towards his own son. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and he never asks me how I'm feeling or even puts his had on my stomach to feel our son/daughter move. It makes me feel like he doesn't care about them at all.

I would be extremely hurt and mad too. This is not your fault or due to your hormones!! And not all men act like that!! I could never imagine my husband doing something like that! I'm sorry but it seems like he doesn't care about his own son.

He just feels he shouldn't of had to miss his plans to stay at the hospital men are stubborn and our hormones are crazy right now and they try to take space so we don't drive them crazy

Wow sounds just like my baby dad n were not even together. I've left him to it I will bring my princess n unborn baby up on my own my children need consistency and every parent should be at every appointment to do with their children if they can n their not working but there's no excuse for not going if their not working they made the babies too so they should take the responsibility just as much as us hope your okay hun xx

I told him not to worry that the next time I won't tell him anything. He said "That's fine! I don't give a f***." I'm beyond hurt over this. Aside from that, he didn't get me anything or wish me a Happy Mothers Day."
